ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Cash Management Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and  settlement of financial transactions within our platform. This role requires a keen attention  to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to optimize  cash flow processes. 

● Monitor daily cash flows and identify any discrepancies or anomalies.

● Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial  transactions 

● Optimize liquidity by managing cash balances and making recommendations for fund  transfers as needed 

● Collaborate with the finance team to forecast future cash flow requirements.

● Execute and oversee the settlement of financial transactions in accordance with  established protocols. 

● Collaborate with the Transfer and Settlement team to resolve any settlement issues  promptly. 

● Maintain relationships with partner banks and financial institutions 

● Collaborate with banks to streamline processes, resolve issues, and ensure smooth  fund transfers. 

● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to cash management.

● Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with cash flow processes.

● Generate regular reports on cash flow, settlement activities, and liquidity positions.

● Conduct analysis to identify trends and areas for process improvement.

 

 

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process  optimization and automation. 

● Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in cash management. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 

● Proven experience in cash management, financial operations, or related roles within  the financial services industry. 

● Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements. 

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

● Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data management. 

● Effective communication and collaboration skills. 

EDUCATION 

● Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or  relevant certifications are a plus.
