XL Management Services Sierra Leone Limited is looking for suitable candidate to be employed by its client an Educational Institution.

 

CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

 

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To provide professional guidance in the design of the University curriculum.      

 

ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Department: Academic Quality Assurance

Accountable To: Senior Manager, AQA

Liaises With: Internally: Faculty Representatives, Registry, Academic

Externally: Government Departments, Industry Representatives.

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Compliance of curriculum to set educational standards
  • Relevance of curriculum to industry needs

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications: B.A. with PGDE or relevant qualification.  

Experience: At least 3 years in a supportive role with experience in curriculum experience.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure curriculum is designed in compliance with established requirements.
  • Evaluate faculty and student performance and recommend curriculum adjustments as necessary.
  • Study trends and recommend curriculum adjustments as required.
  • Reporting as required.

PERFORMS SUCH OTHER RELATED ACTIVITIES AS MAY BE DIRECTED BY SUPERVISOR
