BBC Media Action is the international development agency of the BBC, using media and communications to improve people’s lives. BBC Media Action in Sierra Leone is currently seeking applications for the following national staff role;
2 x Research Officers - 1 for a health (malaria) project, and 1 for a non-formal Girls’ Education project - to work in our Research and Learning team. We are looking for talented and experienced researchers to work on all aspects of research on these projects, from research design and planning, to fieldwork, analysis and reporting.
These positions will be based in Freetown, with regular travel up-country. These positions are offered with excellent terms and conditions on a BBC Media Action 12-month national contract. The roles may involve working with groups of vulnerable children and adults. For the successful candidates, mandatory training will be provided on BBC Media Action’s safeguarding policy and staff code of conduct.
