Living Water International (LWI) is a global non-governmental organization that exists to demonstrate the love of God by helping communities acquire desperately needed clean water, and to experience "living water"—the gospel of Jesus Christ—which alone satisfies the deepest thirst. Living Water in Africa is providing safe drinking water, Christian Witness sanitation and health education to communities across Africa. Living Water International, Sierra Leone has a vacancy for an experienced and qualified Sierra Leonean to apply for the position of Office Assistant, and the person would be based in Moyamba District. This role will report to the HR Manager.



  • Responsible for all reception duties;

  • Maintain office files;

  • Prepare agendas/packages for meetings as required;

  • Deal with all the travel arrangements, meetings and event co-ordination in Moyamba

  • Receiving incoming application request for the program activities

  • Make photocopies; scanning, Laminating and printing

  • Assist Finance Manager in Freetown in handling petty cash

  • cleaning  the office and ensure it is always tidy

  • Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications/Skill &Ability

  • Formal qualification –Diploma in Business Administration or in related field of study

  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft programs

  • Ability to ride a Motor Bike is an added advantage

  • Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English

  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning staff information;

  • Communication: Good verbal and written skills, as well as a diplomatic approach when dealing with people;

  • Well-structured and organized in coordinating and tracking tasks on-time.
